Libra shipping and delivery
Order your products via Shop Libra and have them delivered via Australia Post e-Parcel anywhere in Australia.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders will be dispatched from Melbourne Victoria via Australia Post e-Parcel within 72 hours of being placed. However, delays may be experienced during sale periods. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email dispatch confirmation including a link to track your order. Delivery time frames will depend on your location. As a guide please see approximate lead times below:
VIC: Metro 2 days, Country up to 3 days
NSW: Metro up to 3 days, Country up to 4 days
QLD: Metro 2-4 days, Country 3-6 days, Far North QLD 5-13 days
SA: Metro 2-3 days, Country 2-4 days
TAS: Metro & Country 3-4 days, Remote areas 12-16 days
WA: Metro 4-5 days, Country 5-9 days
NT: Darwin, Alice Springs & suburbs 3-6 days, all other NT 13-14 days
* If an order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. Please look out for an email from Australia Post E-Parcel and follow the instructions.
What will happen if I'm not home when my order arrives?
The delivery agent will leave a card advising that they attempted delivery and leave instructions on where you can collect your package.
What is the charge for delivery?
Free delivery applies to all online orders made on shoplibra.com.au
Can you send the products and invoice to separate addresses?
Yes. When you place an online order you can specify your requirements in your delivery and billing details. A delivery docket will be shipped with your order, but an invoice can be sent to anywhere you specify.
Will my order be shipped in discrete packaging?
Yes, your order will be delivered in discrete packaging so you can be assured there will be no Libra branding on the outside of the delivery.
Do you accept international orders?
